How to Grow Hair Faster – Ten Long Hair Secrets
Want to be let in on long hair secrets?
Do you want to know how to grow hair faster? Do you dream of having long, flowing, beautiful hair like Rapunzel?
Well, you can stop dreaming and start growing, because it is not that hard to do.
The hardest part is having the patience to wait, because we’re sure you’ve already been told that human hair can only grow so fast. Nothing is going to make your hair grow long overnight, but there are definitely some things you can do to help speed up the process. Here, you’ll learn the long hair secrets, which start with the following fifteen key steps to growing your hair long.
1. The first step towards growing your hair is to stop damaging it. Damage can come from heat styling (flat irons, curling irons, and blow dryers are a long hair don’t), brushing hair when wet, brushing or combing too roughly by ripping through knots and tangles, shampooing every day (yes, really), using accessories like metal barrettes, rubber bands, or claw clips to put your hair up, or putting your hair into tight hairstyles. If you want to grow long, healthy hair, you need to give these things up. If you absolutely must blow dry your hair, do so on the lowest setting and air dry your hair as much as possible before finishing it up with the blow dryer.
2. If your hair is already damaged, your best bet is to get a fresh start by cutting the damage off. At the very least, start your long hair growth journey by getting a trim, but if your hair has split ends, is dry, frizzy, or fragile, cut off as much as you need to to get to healthy ends. This is the hard part, but well worth it to start off with healthy hair ready to grow than it is to fight a losing battle of trying to save damaged hair. You’ll likely lose length to breakage along the way anyway when dealing with damaged hair, so you might as well just start fresh. Remember, the key to this journey is patience. In this site I will share some secrets to grow hair fast, and I’ll share even more if you subscribe to have the long hair secrets sent straight to your email, but no matter what you do, growing long hair is not an overnight thing.
3. If you are serious about growing long hair, you need to embrace your hair as it naturally is (your natural hair type). This means giving up chemicals to change the color or texture of your hair. While there are exceptions, most people will find that they need to decide between using chemicals and having long hair, because most hair types are not strong enough to withstand the repeated damage and still grow to any significant length. So to reiterate point number one – stop damaging your hair. This means no perm or straightening solution and no peroxide or ammonia. You can consider altering your hair color using no-peroxide no-ammonia color, BAQ (body art quality) henna (which actually improves the condition of hair), or other natural ways (honey lightening, etc.). And if you absolutely must use chemical color, you may be able to protect it from peroxide damage by liberally applying coconut oil before you color (coconut oil is definitely one of the long hair secrets!).

4. Protect your hair from chlorine and saltwater. Give your hair a good soaking in fresh water before you swim, and if possible use a deep conditioner and then stick it up under a swim cap. If you can, wash your hair with a chelating shampoo as quickly as you can afterwards, and at the very least, give it a good rinse in fresh water after exposure and wash as soon as possible. Condition afterwards.
5. Protect your hair from the sun and wind. If you are going to be out in the sun for an extended period of time, either use a UV protectant, or cover your hair. Or consider using a deep conditioner taking advantage of the heat to help it soak in. If you are going to be in windy conditions, braid or bun your hair, or wrap it up in a scarf or under a hat. Nothing causes split ends and tangles like wind does!
6. Treat your body right from the inside out. Eat a healthy, well balanced diet, drink plenty of water, and get enough rest. Make sure you are getting enough protein, healthy fats, and water each day. Your body needs to be healthy and nourished and performing at its best in order for it to put energy towards growing hair. Give yourself every advantage you can, by taking care of yourself. Consider using supplements to aid in your overall health and your hair growth. (Some of my hair care secrets exposed when you sign up to receive them are very effective supplements that can really help you to grow hair faster.)
7. Increase blood flow! Exercise, which increases your blood flow, is known to increase the rate at which your hair grows. Get your blood pumping, get those endorphins flowing, and get growing. Regular scalp massage will increase the blood flow and stimulate the follicles. In fact, if this is the only long hair secret you choose to follow, and you do it regularly, you will notice a boost in your hair growth. The very first thing I’ll send you is my detailed tutorial on how to do a proper scalp massage that WILL help you grow your hair faster.
8. Baby your hair, especially when wet. Do not brush your hair when it is wet, don’t rub your hair dry with a towel, instead gently pat it and let it air dry before combing and untangling. Never rip your brush through your hair or pull your brush or comb through a knot or snarl. Always gently detangle, using hair safe combs and brushes, and start from the ends and work your way up. Treat your hair like precious, fine, antique lace. Remember, as your hair grows longer it is getting older and older and has been through a lot. Even hair that has been treated gently for many years has been through many, many washes, brushings, tangles, etc. – so be gentle!
9. Stretch the time between washings. Yes, really. The majority of people with enviable long hair do not wash their hair daily. Many don’t use shampoo at all – instead they may CO (use conditioner only). Try washing your hair every other day, instead of every day, and as time goes on and your hair adjusts to that, see if you can stretch it out even further. Also, consider using the CWC method – which means condition, wash, condition. Use shampoo only on your scalp area, and diluting it is helpful. Let the suds wash down over your length as you rinse, that’s all the “washing” it needs. As your ends get older, they get drier, and do not need the harsh washing agents in shampoo to get them clean. A good rinse is all they need. Don’t pile your hair on your head when you wash, either.
10. Don’t use hot water on your hair. Wash in as cool water as you can comfortably handle, and rinse in as cold as you can stand. This will allow the cuticle to smooth out and lie flat – giving you shinier and more manageable hair. This will not only help you grow hair faster, but is also better for your skin as well.

How Frequently Should You Wash Your Hair
In Western culture bathing and washing our hair is a natural custom. For some people it is a daily procedure for which they feel is necessary. Washing ones hair is required to remove dirt, oil, excess sebum and chemicals from the environment or from hair products. Washing your hair is a general practice in which most people learn from their parents, or hair care specialists (hairdresser, stylist). Where it differs is how often one should wash their hair.
Determining how often you wash your hair really comes down to personal preference. Medical and hair care professionals disagree about the amount of time in between hair washes. Some advise against frequent shampooing because it leads to an overproduction of sebum to compensate for the removal. Others recommend more frequent shampooing because an accumulation of sebum can lead to oily hair and acne production. Oily or unwashed hair is also unacceptable and unsightly in Western society. It can also feel gross or dirty. However, without sebum or natural oils, your hair becomes dry and can prematurely shed.
Today’s hair washing routines are based on a system of depleting the hair of its natural moisturizing oils by using shampoo and soap and then replenishing it with conditioners. In the 1950’s women had their hair washed and styled once a week at their hairdressers. At the beginning of the 20th century it was recommended to shampoo every two weeks or even longer once a month. It is only in recent years that shampooing daily has become a more frequent hair care practice.
To determine your own frequency of washing your hair consider your hair type, the length and thickness, the use of hair care products, and scalp or hair conditions. People with naturally oily hair should consider washing their hair daily or at least every other day. Short hair or long and fine hair tend to look greasy or oily very quickly because there is less surface area fro sebum to travel down the hair shaft. Therefore these types of hair should be washed daily or every other day. Naturally dry hair is a sign of damage therefore hair should be washed less frequently to allow natural oils to moisturize and heal the damaged hair. Specially formulated shampoos and conditioners can repair dry and damaged hair. Additionally, curly, coarse and thick hairs make it more difficult for natural oils to travel down the hair shaft. Therefore, you should only wash this type of hair 1-2 times a week. Using hair products, chemical processes or heating appliances affect how often you should wash your hair. Adding hair products to your hair causes them to build up on your hair strands. This makes it easier for dirt, dust and pollution to stick to your hair. To remove these hair products wash your hair daily. Chemical process such as perms, relaxers, bleaching or coloring makes hair more fragile. Heating tools such as blow dryers, curling irons, and straighteners dry out the hair exposing it to damage. Excessive washing and drying processed or heated hair can weaken the strands even more. Therefore it is only necessary to wash this type of hair 1-2 times a week or every other day. Lastly if you have a scalp rash or condition such as dandruff, wash you hair daily to reduce oils and yeast that is causing your condition. Medicated shampoos can be used to completely eliminate rashes and flakes caused by dandruff.
If you are unsure of how often to wash your hair try washing daily for a week. Then the following week wash your hair only every other day and see how your hair is affected. If you still can’t decide on how often to wash your hair consult your hair care professional to determine your best course of action.

Golden Rule in Natural African Hair Care – Moisturize, Moisturize, Moisturize
Golden Rule in Natural African Hair Care – Moisturize, Moisturize, Moisturize
Golden Rule in Natural African Hair Care – Moisturize, Moisturize, Moisturize!
The key to healthy Black hair and growth is moisture. I just recently changed my moisturizing regiment, because while I religiously moisturized my hair, it was still very dry. I found that although I was frequenting African hair care vlogs and blogs like Curly Nikki, I wasn’t truly paying attention to what contributors were writing about. I think because my hair had grown 5 inches in 6 months (when previously I hadn’t achieved any growth due to breakage) and I completely repaired the damaged sections of my hair, I thought my moisture regiment was on point. Boy was I wrong!
First, I would mixed around three tablespoons of coconut oil and one table spoon of olive oil together and heated it up in the microwave (not too hot). I would then wet my hair, soaked it with the hot oil and put on a heat cap for about 30 minutes. Next, I would co-wash the oil out of my hair, spray in Hawaiian Silky leave-in conditioner and let my hair air dry. Once it was dry, I would moisturized my scalp with my Jojoba mix, which consists of 5 drops of Rosemary, 2 drops of Lavender to one tablespoon of Jojoba oil. I then separate my hair into 11 big sections, twist each section, put on a satin bonnet and I’m done.
With this regiment, I didn’t comb my hair much, once a month at best. I found that detangling with my fingers while co-washing worked just fine. Its common knowledge in the natural African hair care community that our hair isn’t supposed to be combed or brushed too much and not combing worked for me when I grew my hair out over the winter.
My hair would only remain supple for ONE day on this regiment. It would literally be dried out on the second day even after re-spritzing with the leave-in. I do co-wash two to three times a week, one because I can’t stand that frowsy hair smell and two, washing allows me to get some moisture. Although some may consider 3 co-washes a week a bit much for dry hair, its the only way I can get that suppleness back.
My hair had always been super, duper dry and I just thought I had to live with that fact and do whatever I could to keep it moist for as long as possible. After sticking with this treatment for eight months I realized there should be something I could do to stay moisturized, so I started researching again. I spent a couple of hours on Curly Nikki as opposed to just browsing for a few minutes and low and behold, I came across a post from a sista with baddest Afro I have ever seen in my life! One of the first things she talked about was how dry her hair is and she went on to outline her moisture regiment.
When she co-washes, she uses around five different types of conditioner together and she doesn’t rinse it out! Further, if she feels her hair was getting a little dry between co-washes, she’ll spritz in more conditioner! I first thought that all of that conditioner would cause a lot of build-up and eventually be damaging, but the truth is everything the mainstream teaches us about natural African hair care is backward. We can basically do the opposite of what other people do with their hair, especially in the case of conditioning. After all, look at her hair! She’s maintained this regiment for the better part of six years and her hair is gorgeous, so all of that conditioning must be working!
As I researched on, I came across a post about sealing with oil. The post described how sealing locks in what ever type of moisturizer you are using and aids in keeping your hair moisturized. I’ve never sealed my hair. I figured since I hot oil treated my hair, oiled my scalp and used a very rich leave-in, I didn’t need to put in any more oil. However, it was still very dry between co-washes, even when I added more leave-in, so whatever I was doing wasn’t working and my hair was telling me it was time for something new.
So, when co-wash day rolled around, I dove right into this sista’s moistureregiment. I co-washed with Garnier Fruictis Triple Nutrition and Suave Almond and Shea conditioner. I repeated the co-wash three times and on the third time, I didn’t rinse it out. To seal it, I mixed Shea butter and coconut oil together until the consistency was a little thinner than normal Shea butter, but not too oily. After my hair dried, I coated it liberally with the mix, but I didn’t saturate it. I didn’t use the Jojoba oil mix this time, because I wanted this regiment to be completely different to see what the results would be. I twisted my hair up as usually and put on my satin cap.
For this regiment, I combed and brushed my hair! I used a wide-tooth comb and a Con Air vented brush with the balls at the tips of the bristles. Although natural African hair care science doesn’t condone too much combing and brushing, a lot of sistas comb and brush on a regular basis and their hair is fine. So, with this new regiment, I combed my hair out while co-washing and brushed it after putting in the Shea butter/coconut oil seal. Again, trying something new!
I must say, my hair is so dry, I didn’t expect much difference. I actually felt my hair might be a bit too greasy and I would have to modify my hair style. LET ME TELL YOU!! When I took my twists out, I couldn’t believe it! My hair wasn’t greasy AT ALL and it was completely stretched out (shrinkage is a problem for naturals). Usually, when I take out my twists and style my hair, it poofs out into an Afro. This time, my hair laid straight down curly, as if it was being weighed down, but without the greasy, heavy feeling. I can’t believe it! My hair literally drank the Shea Butter and coconut oil seal and I think for the first time in a long time its truly happy!
I went to a festival that day and literally, the first sista I passed by stopped me to ask me about my hair – Shout Out to Lovita! – and needless to say I was a little excited to tell her all about my new conditioning method! I’ve only done it twice and my hair looks so good, I’m not worried about build up. I’ll probably shampoo my hair a couple times per month just to clarify it.
From now on, I’m going to follow natural African hair care science to the letter – Shout out to Curly Nikki! Sistas that take the time to post information about natural African hair care REALLY know what they’re talking about, just look at their hair! I had to learn that if my hair doesn’t look good, its not getting what it wants and needs and instead of figuring I know everything there is to know, I should take some advice and do something different.

Laser Hair Removal Treatment – How Does it Work?
Laser Hair Removal Technique – Forewords
Most of our body is covered with hair, right from our head to legs. In fact, all of our body parts are covered with hair. In fact, many of us don’t want excessive visibility of hair on certain parts of their body. This is why they look for different ways of removing hair from specific parts of their body where they don’t want them to be. Some of these places where people don’t want any hair are neck, back, arms, breasts and other body parts. There are many temporary ways (waxing, shaving, using hair removing instruments, etc.) of removing hair from our body but these are required to be used on a regular basis or frequently. To do away with unwanted hair growth in selected body parts, people started to search for a permanent hair removal technique. After years of research researchers came with the laser hair removal technique. This is virtually a painless, quick and almost permanent solution to hair removal problem.
Technique Involved in Laser Hair Removal Treatment
Time taken in laser hair removal treatment technique varies from person to person because of the wide range of complexities involved in their different requirements. The treatment time depends on the area and extent of treatment. In most of the cases, low energy laser beam is used at the time of laser hair removal treatment. The procedure of this treatment involves passing of laser beam through the skin, which gets attracted to the hair pigment. The laser energy passes through the hair shaft, which then gets absorbed by those follicles of hair that are in the phase of active growth. Absorption of the laser energy disables the hair follicle in the skin’s deeper layer. However, it should be pointed out that those hair follicles which are still in their dormant phase don’t get affected by the laser hair removal treatment. The best part of this laser hair removal treatment is that it requires no anaesthesia and is almost painless.
Mechanism Associated with Laser Hair Removal Treatment
Photothermolysis (SPTL) is the main principle behind the laser hair removal treatment. In this technique the specific wavelength of the light is matched with the pulse duration of the person undergoing the treatment. This is done in order to get optimal effect on the targeted tissue and at the same time the surrounding tissues have minimal effect on them.
In this process of treatment, the damage to the target area is done on a selective manner so that other parts of the skin don’t get adversely affected. Laser is used to do localized damage only. In the laser hair removal treatment, the localised damages done are:
a)Â Â Â Â Â Melanin â?? Laser heats up the dark target matter
b)Â Â Â Â Â Hair Follicle â?? Laser heats up the hair growth area called hair follicle and disables it so that the growth of hair gets restricted
We know from our basic science knowledge that dark matters absorb light. This simple concept is applied during laser hair removal method. In case of skin, the dark matter present is Melanin. This is the pigment that is responsible for giving the colour to skin and hair. During this treatment, the laser specialists target the dark matter, which is also called â??Chromosphere’. Melanin, which occurs naturally in human body, is used as the chromosphere during laser hair removal treatment and that’s why this is the pigment that is targeted during the process.
In case of hair, there are basically two kinds of melanin found:
Eumelanin â?? This type of melanin is responsible for giving black or brown colour to the hair
Pheomelanin – This type of melanin is responsible for giving blond or red colour to the hair
Now, using laser light, only Eumelanin can be removed because of the selective absorption of laser light photons. Thus, laser hair treatment is able to remove only those hair follicles where the hair colour is black or brown. Hence, effectiveness of laser hair removal treatment can be achieved in case of the dark course hairs. Best results through this treatment can be achieved when the colour of the patient’s skin and hair is light and dark respectively. Innovations in the laser hair removal treatment has made it possible to target black hair follicles and also get certain degrees of success even in case of  patients with dark skin.
Laser hair removal treatment is the latest and one of the best procedures of removing unwanted hairs from our body. Research well to get high end beauty salon for cheap hair removal through laser in London.
Derick Branson is a research scholar and is at present working on laser hair removal treatment. In a series of articles he is sharing his research knowledge with everyone so that general people interested in unwanted hair removal can know the basic science and method involved in laser hair removal technique.
How to Get Longer Hair with The Things You Have At Home
Annoyed by your hair’s slow growth? Is buying fake hair taking a toll on your wallet? Have you tried every hair growth product, but nothing works? Forget the salon and expensive hair products, with promises that garner little to no results. The secrets to longer hair are already in your home- in your bathroom, your kitchen cupboards, even in your fridge! There’s no need to spend hundreds of dollars on extensions, wigs, weaves, and hair growth treatments when everything you need to get the results you want is at your fingertips. You would be surprised to know how many people are unaware of the simple things that you can do, not only to grow your hair, but to improve its overall condition.
It is important to address the fact that damaged hair does not grow. Split ends will completely kill any progress you’ve made towards longer tresses. They simply travel up the hair shaft, giving the illusion that your hair hasn’t grown at all. The implied suggestion here is not to trim your ends, but to take care of your hair in order to avoid getting split ends in the first place. However, if you’re aware that you do have split ends, get them cut off so that you can start fresh. This way, if you follow these tips, you won’t have to go to the hairdressers for a long time.
Be sure to treat your hair to a deep conditioning at least once a week. If you don’t have a deep conditioner at home, you probably don’t want to go out and buy yet another hair product. That’s perfectly fine, because the ingredients you need to deep condition your hair are sitting in your kitchen. Crush an avocado, mix in a tablespoon of olive oil, and a teaspoon of baking soda. In no time at all, you’ve made a hair-restoring hair mask! Just apply to your hair, wait 15-20 minutes, then rinse! Jojoba oil is known to stimulate hair growth, so give this next jojoba oil treatment a try. Heat the oil and apply onto your hair, working your way to the scalp. Put on a shower cap and sit under a dryer to apply heat. If you don’t have a dryer you can sit under at home, use your blow dryer to apply heat. Do this for 10 minutes and let the oil soak into your hair for a couple hours before washing it out.
While doing these treatments, you should rub your scalp as you wait to wash it out. The rubbing motion stimulates oxygen to your scalp, which in turn, results in hair growth. Throughout the day, take the time to massage your scalp- not only will it help in the hair growth process, but it feels good too! The more you do this, the more likely your hair will grow at a faster rate. You probably already know that stress affects your body. This couldn’t be more accurate, especially in the case of your hair. Stress is a growth-blocker, so be sure to get at least seven hours of sleep at night. Everyone has their own ways of relaxing. What are yours? Is it meditation, writing, yoga, going for a run, reading a book? Find out what it is that helps you to de-stress and fit that into your schedule.
If you want your hair to grow healthy, you’ve got to eat healthy! Most of the time, the condition of your hair can be an indicator of how healthy you eat. The hair beneath the scalp needs nourishment, so be mindful of your food intake. Getting some fresh fruits and veggies is all you need to set you on the right track.
Protein in your diet is so important. A diet rich in protein will aid in the growing process a great deal. Protein, after all, is what hair is made of. A diet with a focus on this nutrient will aid in growing longer, stronger hair. If your hair is dry and weak, it’s probably because you lack a sufficient amount of protein in your diet. Adding protein back into your hair is as easy as eating protein-filled foods or using a protein-fortified hair treatment. Add foods like fish, yogurt, beans, eggs, lentils, Brazil nuts, and soy into your diet. Wheat germ is also related to growing hair faster. Hair growth supplements are also an option.
If you’re the kind of person who is always on the go and has no time for making meals, raw nuts are perfect for your lifestyle. They are so portable and convenient, so you eat them on-the-run. They contain potassium, magnesium, zinc, and omega 3 fatty acids- all of which aid in bettering your hair’s overall condition. Sprinkle a few nuts in your cereal, or pack them in a Ziploc bag before you head out the door.
Use a boar bristle brush to increase blood flow to the scalp by bending over and letting your hair fall forward. Start from the nape of your neck and brush forwards, and be sure to massage your scalp with the bristles. This movement moves your hair’s natural oils down to the rest of your hair, and allows for smoother locks. If done on a daily basis, this scalp massage is sure to get your hair growing!
Lastly, replace your usual tea for rosemary tea, and drink as many cups a day as you can. Rosemary is known to kick your hair follicles into gear! Good luck with your hair growth endeavors and check out www.longerhairhelper.com for secrets about getting longer hair!

Hair Transplant Information: What You Should Know About Male Pattern Baldness
Hair Transplant Information: What You Should Know About Male Pattern Baldness
Article by Ben Anton
There are roughly 80 million men and women in the world suffering from hair loss. In humans, it is caused by a number of different factors. Male pattern baldness is the most common form of hair loss and is estimated to affect 90 percent of men by age 50. That said, pattern baldness (or natural hair loss) isn’t specific to men; women suffer from female pattern baldness as well.
WHY PEOPLE LOSE THEIR HAIR
Male pattern baldness (clinically known as androgenetic alopecia) is the most common reason for hair loss. It’s related to Dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a naturally occurring hormone present in all men. DHT has a detrimental affect on the hair follicles. It slows down hair production and causes new hairs to be shorter and weaker than usual. The hormone can even completely stop hair growth, gradually depleting your stock of hair. There are a number of other reasons why people go bald, including other forms of alopecia, the treatment of terminal illnesses and diet, just to name a few. Surgical hair loss treatments like Bosley are most commonly used to regrow hair loss caused by male pattern baldness.
MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT HAIR LOSS
By default, men typically blame mom for hair loss, as it was widely understood that hair loss is simply inherited from their mother’s side. This is just one of a number of common hair loss misconceptions:
– Hair loss is inherited from your mother’s father — Not true. Baldness is inherited, but from both your mother’s and father’s genes.
– Hair loss slows and eventually stops as you age — Not true. Hair loss is a progressive trait that doesn’t stop; in fact, it gets worse with age.
– Hats or helmets can cause hair loss — Not true. Wearing something on your head has no effect on hair loss. Although hairpieces and weaves that pull and strain your hair may cause traction alopecia.
– Brushing or massaging the scalp reduces hair loss — There isn’t sufficient evidence to conclude that brushing or massaging the scalp prevents or reduces hair loss.
– Too much sun causes hair loss — Not true. Though excessive sun exposure is damaging to your hair, there isn’t evidence to conclude that it causes permanent hair loss.
HAIR LOSS TREATMENT
As previously stated, there are various hair loss treatments, which have been proven to stop hair loss, and in some cases even regrow lost hair. Of the non-surgical hair treatments, Propecia and Minoxidil seem to be effective with a significant number of people. New, alternative methods of laser treatments have also been developed. First, there was the LaserComb, which employs low-level laser light technology to coerce hair follicles to regenerate. The handheld device requires people to spend 20 minutes a day running the comb through their hair. Recently, the technology has been further developed, evolving into a more effective, less intensive treatment. In the new laser treatment, a laser light helmet is used to aim high concentrations of laser light at affected areas of the scalp.
If you, however, have already experienced significant male pattern baldness and are looking to naturally and permanently cover your bald spot, then hair restoration surgery might be your best bet.
HAIR RESTORATION
Over the past century, hair restoration has become one of the most popular cosmetic surgeries among men and women alike. There’s a plethora of hair restoration surgeons in the United States, many of which provide their patients with stellar results.
Hair restoration surgery involves transplanting hair follicles from the donor areas of the head–typically the back and sides–to the bald or thinning areas. These are called grafts. Each graft can contain between 1 to 4 hairs. Because the donor hairs are from areas of the head that are not prone to balding, they are considered permanent when transplanted to balding areas, such as the scalp. The result is often a permanent, natural looking head of hair.

Hair Transplantation in Pakistan
Hair transplantation in Pakistan is performed by hair transplant surgeon and this procedure involves taking hair grafts from the back and sides of the scalp and transplantation into bald area. The procedure is most effective way to treat hair loss and baldness. The majority of people choose this procedure for cosmetic purpose. Hair transplantation procedure is popular in male as well as female so female can also benefit for thinning of hair. Larger flap reduction is reserved for hair loss due to trauma, cancer or other injury.
Hair restoration procedure is based on donor dominance theory and according to this theory donor hair are resistant to shed and have same characteristics as back of hair. These hairs are genetically strong and do not have Di hydro testosterone receptors and due to this character, hormone does not affect the hair and signals can’t be transfer for hair miniaturization. Some time transplanted hair don’t shed or fall while existing hair loss occur and person need second session to restore the full look and cover the partial baldness.
Hair loss or hair falling is a continuous process and hair transplantation should be considered when there is partial or complete loss of hair. What is ideal age for hair restoration procedure is very critical to decide for surgeon. Whether to proceed for surgery or not depends upon surgeon decision and patient priorities. There are two extremes in hair loss surgery. Patients who are in their early twenties have partial baldness or thinning of hair, considering for hair surgery, more chances they need further hair replacement sessions as their baldness is not complete. On the other hand patients in their sixties has hair loss ,there are less chances for second session as their baldness is mature and less likely further hair loss or baldness. Most of the patients fall between these two extremes and surgeon decision is crucial in such cases.Donor area hair density is very much important in decision making to proceed for hair replacement procedure. High density of the donor area is very good to restore the bald area and patient will have good outcome of the surgical procedure. Those patients who do not have enough hair density, it is not possible to restore their baldness completely and in very rare cases surgeon has to refuse. There are other factors also for decision making like hair diameter, waviness, color, contrast with scalp skin and elasticity of skin in the donor area.
There are different hair transplant techniques. The classic methods of hair transplants were strip harvesting from the donor area under local anesthesia and very minimal discomfort at the time of anesthesia administration. The scar of the donor area is hardly perceptible if closed by experienced hair transplant surgeon and Dr. Ahmad Chaudhry who is qualified from France and visiting associate professor Claude Bernard University Lyon (France) practiced Tricophytic Closure technique for strip harvesting process. The advantage of this technique, no scar and regrowth of hair from the scar area and after few month post operatively nobody can see any scar even with careful inspection. Best surgeon will always explain to patient how he performs donor area closure so that his patient can get best hair transplant result cosmetically. Once strip is removed, individual follicles are dissected under stereomicroscope. Extreme care is taken while dissecting the follicles so that graft trauma is minimized and properly hydrated. While follicles are being prepared surgeon creates sites for hair follicle placement. Our surgical teams is expert and have more than 13 years experience and doctor makes tiny and close sites for grafts and as a result dense packing result with full look. There are certain advantages of these tiny incisions, less chances of swelling, better growth and thick look frontal hairline. Dr. Chaudhry concentrates on tiny details like angle, tilt, curvature, direction of hair, pattern and distribution are important and these things reflect the artistry, skill and aesthetic sense.Hair follicles placement is a final step in hair transplant procedure and graft placing is a team work and whole surgical team take part in this phase of graft placing. This step is very crucial as mechanical trauma at this stage could lead to bad hair transplant result but our hair clinic takes extreme care so that result would be natural and no kinky hair regrowth occur.
What are the side effects of hair replacement surgery? There are risks and side effects but qualified, trained and experienced hair surgeon in our clinic decreases these risks and side effects. There could be swelling, discomfort at the time of anesthesia administration, itching, scabs and cyst formation. These are not serious side effects and our surgical team will give you instruction how to prevent these hair transplants side effect. There procedure takes 4 to 5 hours and after the surgery you will be back to home.

Black Hair Care Tips, Style and FAQs
Article by Franchis Adam
African-American/Black hair in general is more brittle, coarser, dryer and curlier (nappy) than those of non-African decent. Because of this hair care for a Caucasian would be different than for an African, who needs to be more careful when treating his/her hair because it is more delicate.
Another feature of black hair is that it is irregular in diameter. Neither the fiber diameter nor the cuticle diameter is the same all through its length. Because of this typical structure and coiling structure the hair has many fragile points. The outside of a tight curl puts stress on the outer hair fiber cortex and cuticle. At some points outside the curls, cuticle becomes very thin and flakes easily. These areas of stress in the hair fiber are prone to damage by chemicals. Even vigorous combing is enough to flake the cuticle and damage the hair.
Another undesirable feature of the black hair is its low moisture content. This character also makes the black hair more susceptible to weathering. Since the black hair is too curly in nature, it is difficult to comb. It is prone to hair breakage and hair shedding.
Because of these difficulties, black hair requires more care than any other type of hair. The following black hair care tips help in preventing some damage to which it is naturally susceptible.Massage the scalp regularly to encourage oil production.
Always use a wide-toothed Afro comb. Combing helps spread the natural oil through the hair, making it look shinier and healthier.
Use intensive pre-shampoo treatmentsShampoo your black hair as often as you feel necessary but only lather once, using a small amount of shampoo. Rinse thoroughly.
Always towel-blow your hair and never rub it with towel.Try a hot oil treatment once a month. It lubricates dry scalp and help in moisturizing black hair.Choose non-greasy formulas for your hair gel so that they don’t take away the healthy sheen. If you want to braid your black hair, use a softening shampoo that maintains the right moisture balance. You can also try a natural oil based moisturizer.
While combing your hair, start from the tips and work towards the roots, it will be less damaging to the hair.Have a regular trim to remove split ends as it prevents hair breakage.Whether it’s in cornrow, braids or bun, try not to repeat the same ‘pull-back’ hairstyle too often. The stress on the hair may cause it to weaken around the edges.
Try to avoid the use of heat treatments, chemical relaxers or hot hair drying of your hair.
Cotton pillow cases and sheets help in breakage, use a silk or satin scarf to wrap up your hair while sleeping.
Besides these natural hair care tips, there are certain black hair products that can be used for taking care of your hair. Black hair has its own specific characters and its unique problems. So special black hair growth products need to specially formulated for taking care of the more fragile black hair. The best black hair care or hair growth products are the ones that use the natural hair care products.
Can I remove a relaxer from my hair?
If you’ve read this far, you probably already realize the answer is “no”. Permanents are called permanent for good reason. The bonds in the hair are destroyed when the hair is relaxed. The part of the hair that has been relaxed will never be “natural” again. The only way to get rid of relaxed hair is to cut it off or wait for it to break off. Waiting for the hair to break off is not a good transition option. But, some women choose it because they are uncomfortable giving up the length they’ve worked hard to get. There are ways to transition from relaxed hair to natural hair. But, the relaxed hair will never be natural again.
Stay away from Sodium Laurel Sulfate products: Always look for ammonium lureal based products – less irration to scalp due to a larger molecular structure, less penetration into pores. Shampoos are not made for conditioning or moisturizing, they are made for cleaning action. Always shampoo and rinse. Never leave shampoo on hair for very long.
The Secret lies in using Black Hair Care Product that is Natural, contains no Mineral Oil or Harmful Chemicals, and provide your Black Hair, Care, Shine and Natural Growth. Nubian Silk Stimul-X hair growth system is the right choice for you

Hair Fall and Hair Loss Treatment
Article by Franchis Adam
More than half of men and women in the United States experience hair loss. About 30% of people have hair loss by age 30 years, and about 50% have hair loss by age 50 years. Hair fall also known hair loss. Hair is made of a type of protein called keratin. Hair is actually a modified type of skin. Hair grows by forming new cells at the base of the root. These cells multiply to form a rod of tissue in the skin. Hair fall usually develops gradually and may be patchy or diffuse. Hair growth cycles alternate between a growth phase (called anagen, it lasts about three years) and a resting phase (telogen, which lasts about three months). During telogen, the hair remains in the follicle until it is pushed out by the growth of a new hair in the anagen phase.
At any one time, up to about 15 per cent of hairs are in telogen. But a sudden stress on the body can trigger large numbers of hairs to enter the telogen phase at the same time. Then, about three months later, this large number of hairs will be shed. As the new hairs start to grow out, so the density of hair may thicken again.
