Male Hair Removal – An Introduction To Male Waxing

In these enlightened times, women are not a lone in worrying if they have too much hair on different parts of their body. Male Hair Removal is catching on big time for men, fuelled by the peer-pressure created by images of male models and sport stars sporting perfect hair-free bodies blaring out at us poor unsuspecting men from giant posters. The pressures are great and staring us in the face, modern culture wants us to trim down our man carpets. No longer just something that sportsmen, wrestlers and bodybuilders do, it is clear that male hair removal treatments are commonplace.

There are numerous ways to tackle male hair removal, having a wax treatment is favoured by a lot of men. It is accessible, and the time between treatments is much longer than shaving it by yourself, and the results are much better. If this is your first time here are some answers to commonplace questions about getting a wax treatment?

Of course, there are plenty of tales about bad waxing experiences around. Approaching the male waxing experience as a newby think about how you can look out for a waxing expert, who has specific experience waxing men. The principle rule is the hair of the male is thick and much more coarse than the hair on a woman’s body. A therapist with lost of experience and waxes under their belt may take you through the process, and consider what wax treatment method is the one that will meet your requirements.

There are also a range of alternative wax, some aimed specifically at men, that you will find provide cooling and soothing ingredients. You will soon discover is that the more frequent visits to the wax salon you attend the outcome will be, the less discomfort the undertaking will become. It may well hurt or cause discomfort, but it does not last. With hair that has not had the benefit of being waxed previously the hair folicles are more often than not much more deep rooted, as a result of having being grown untouched for a period of time, so the process may be much more likely to give pain. Waxing treatments work as it yanks out the hair from the bottom of the hair folicle. With the hair that returns one will find it to be more lighter and less course, and less firmly planted, so the treatment will be less painful altogether.

As for contra-indications do not worry as, when you adhere to basic steps and procedures you should be fine. With all treatments concerning the body it is strongly being advised and worth consulting with your medical practitioner to make sure that you do not have any medical ailments that will result in waxing exacerbating problems. If you easily bruise, or have diabetes then confer with a medical expert. If you are sun burnt or have sores and blisters on the bit of the body that is going to have the treatment, then do not go ahead. Ensure that the skin is repaired before undertaking any wax experience.

One will find a variety of waxing choices around, from shoulder, back, chest, legs, genital area, to full body wax. Things like having the chest, legs or back need no introduction. With the Back Sack and Crack menu item, Brazilian and Hollywood you will find that these are a far more personal and private wax choice. If you are getting a Brazilian, you will find that this waxes the hair around the cock and the hair on the pubic bone. This will end up providing a neat and hair-free downstairs, with the hair on the testicles and shaft. The Hollywood treatment removes all of it, which includes the hair on the testicles and little man. A Back, Sack and Crack treatment does what a Hollywood does, it waxes the back area, and removes the hair from all the butt this involves even between the butt cheeks.

These choices may seem like somewhat at the far end of options available. It is amazing but one is often enlightened how common the option is. Males getting the hair removed from their lower regions is a lot more common than you imagine. As such, looking at any of these waxing options ought not be awkward. Research a wax professional that list these specific waxing sessions on their list of available wax choices, specifically focused at blokes. It will not be embarrassing for them when dealing with the male undercarriage a lot. The process is undertaken unashamedly, in a private room. The professional will probably leave the room leaving you to take off your clothes, you get a towel to cover yourself up where necessary that are not part of the area being waxed.

It does not matter if you possess a minuscule of hair on your shoulders or are covered head to foot in a thick mane everywhere, there is bound to be a wax therapy option for you. Undertaking waxing and hair removal for men is brilliant at managing larger bits of the body such as back, legs and chest. Have no fear how hairy you are, waxing is a superb option. For those yeti-like folk, with thick manes encapsulating the body, one will find it sensible to thin out the body hair with clippers, before starting out on the therapy.

Waxing for is a commonplace treatment when it comes to Male Hair Removal, and once you have been to the wax salon, be alerted, you may never want it to end. One may end up feeling surprised, and your lover might discover the man underneath. There are numerous reasons to have a wax, from large areas to small, or the Full Monty, if you require or are contemplating male hair removal, going to a beauty spa for a wax is   the most favoured hair removal choices.

Losing Your Crowning Glory: An Introduction To Hair Loss

Article by Ashton Renderly

Hair loss is a very sad occurrence that is experienced by people both young and old. It has been a cause of great distress for people, mostly men, not only because it greatly affects one’s appearance negatively but also because it could be an indication of some health problem lying underneath.

Types of Hair Loss

The manifestations of hair loss encompass a wide range of expression from mild thinning of the hair to the complete loss of hair. While people normally shed hair everyday, there are cases when the head sheds more than the usual amount of hair, and this results into balding. People experience different kinds of hair loss:

1. Telogen effluvium – this usually happens during episodes of great body stress such as after a major operation, a long bout of sickness, or a serious infection. This type of hair loss happens usually around two to three months of the stressful period and becomes evident by unusual amounts of hair in shower sink, a pillow, or on a comb.

2. As a sign of a disease – loss of hair can also be a sign of an underlying medical condition such as syphilis, lupus, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, vitamin and mineral deficiency, hormonal imbalance, and other illnesses.

3. As a drug side effect – some medication can cause temporary or permanent hair loss. Among drugs that are known to have hair loss as a side effect are amphetamines, warfarin, beta-blockers, lithium, heparin, levodopa, among many others. Drugs used for cancer chemotherapy are also very known for their hair thinning effects.

4. Traumatic alopecia – this is the technical term used to refer to hair loss due to blunt forces such us when using abusive hair styling techniques that subject the hair and scalp to pulling, tight braiding, extreme heat, and harmful chemicals.

5. Tinea capitis – this is a fungal infection that occurs on the scalp. With this condition, hair breaks off from the surface of the scalp forming patches that lack hair. Children are susceptible to this form of hair loss.

6. Alopecia areata – this type of hair loss is due to unknown causes. What experts know is that the immune system fights the body itself causing follicles to weaken and hair to fall out. This could result into total hair loss, technically known as alopecia totalis.

7. Androgenetic alopecia or hereditary pattern baldness – this is a form of hair loss typically experienced by men, running in families. This is caused primarily by hereditary factors in conjunction with male hormones (e.g. testosterone) and aging. Women may also experience this type of hair loss, but it occurs rather rarely.

Manifestations of Hair LossA normal head loses around 50 to 100 hairs a day. Going beyond this range is a sign of abnormal hair loss. Most people discover hair loss when they see unusual amounts of hair on their brushes and clothing or in drains of their bathrooms.

To diagnose hair loss, a doctor, usually a dermatologist would examine a person’s medical history, nutritional profile, and hair styling habits. One may also be tested or fungal infection or other diseases.

Preventing Hair Loss

Doctors usually recommend having a healthy diet, decreasing stress, and proper hair care to prevent hair loss. Doctors also avoid prescribing medication that may cause hair loss for people who have evident tendencies of getting bald.

Treatment for Hair Loss

Hair loss can be treated according to the cause of the condition. Drugs that cause hair loss should be discontinued. A healthy diet and a relaxed lifestyle is prescribed for stress-related hair loss. Underlying diseases that cause hair loss are to be treated accordingly. Some drugs that promote the growth of hair may also be prescribed for extreme cases of hair loss.

Hair loss can be a devastating portion of a person’s life no matter how people say that it hair is just an indispensable part of the body. Knowing about hair loss is a key step in preventing it from happening or stopping it from occurring.

Full lace wig introduction

Our expert team includes both designers and top stylists who together create intricate pieces to suit your needs. The new Lace Wig technique is so advanced that everyone will assume your hair to be your own, and will not believe for one minute that it’s a wig.this is so ture, and so many people are ordering from China, and we believe it will become more and more popular !

We pride ourselves on providing top quality 100% Remy Human Hair from a variety of Indian, Chinese, Brazilian and Indonesian sources. Each wig is created from hair donated by only one individual to ensure that the creation is a refined blend of premium hair displaying the same quality and texture throughout.

Usually on the order from, there are many things people dont understand its meaning.then i will explain to you here/

What is a Lace Wig?

This amazing new concept has been a well kept secret in Hollywood for the past couple of years.  Celebrities, such as Tyra Banks and Beyonce are all huge fans of the Lace Wig.

As well as the obvious glitz and glamour association, Lace Wigs have also restored confidence to people suffering from hair loss due to medical conditions such as alopecia or chemotherapy.

A Lace Wig is intricately built on an extremely sheer lace cap, by hand tying individual strands of hair to the lace. This unique technique allows for a totally natural hairline to be created, one that is virtually invisible to the eye. This also applies to when the hair of the wig is parted, with the hair appearing to “grow” from the scalp so that the wig can be worn in a variety of styles: high ponytail, braided, curled.

and the lace are totally imported from swiss and france.we have many custmomers in China too.they are people who are playing movies and some are stars.they use full lace wigs when this actor needs a wig or something like that.

What is the difference between a lace front wig and a regular wig?

A full Lace Wig is an intricately designed cap created entirely from lace. Each strand of hair is individually hand tied to the lace giving the realistic appearance of a scalp. Our Lace Wigs are produced with bleached knots to blend in with the colour of the lace.  When deciding upon your Lace Wig, you would choose a similar colour to your own scalp to ensure a realistic look. You would then be able to part the hair in any direction or wear it in a high ponytail without the worry of exposed tracks.

The wigs are also made from very light lace, which allows the air to flow inside and out of the cap, to combat the dreaded itching that usually occurs with a non Lace wig!

There is a kind of lace front wig too,its just have lace front and the rest are machine made.

What are the different types of lace available?

French lace creates a strong wig construction, which is slightly more detectable than Swiss however more robust. French cap construction is ideal for first time wearers as it is more durable and virtually undetectable.

Swiss lace is a finer less detectable lace. The lace is fragile and more suitable for experienced users.

What is the difference between Indian & Chinese Remy Hair?

The word “Remy” defines the process by which cuticles of the hair from the person donating it are kept intact and aligned together when the wig is knotted into the cap.

The Indian Remy Hair is strong and flexible; it can withstand the various processes, is naturally thick and maintains its natural volume; it is donated from people in that geography.

The Brazilian Remy Hair is very strong and of a coarser texture. It is more akin to African/Afro American Hair Texture and is donated from people in that geography.

The Chinese Remy hair is of a finer texture and is more delicate. Again, it is donated from people in that geography.

Hair textures

·        Silky Straight:   a silky texture with a slight wave.

·        Yaki Straight:     resembles ‘relaxed’ afro hair.

·        Kinky Soft:         resembles blow dried afro hair texture.

·        Jheri Curl:          for natural afro hair texture.

·        Deep Wave:       large volume curls.

·        Body Wave:       loose curls.

·        Water Wave:     medium wavy curl.

How do I choose a wig density?

The “Wig Density” refers to the volume of hair that is tied to the base cap.

At Lace Wig Elegance, we aim to provide the density that you require. The medium density gives the most realistic appearance and as such all our “In stock” Lace Wigs are of this most popular density.  We also offer Light Density, and Heavy Density.

How do I apply my lace wig?

Lace wigs are attached by using adhesives which come in the form of liquid or tape (or you could use both). The method you use will depend entirely on personal preference. Our Research team keeps up to date with all the latest technological developments and the most reliable adhesives being produced. Please visit our DIY installation guide online for more detailed information.

We also offer a professional installation service at an additional cost. If you would like to utilise this service, them please let us know your postcode and we will ask your local Lace Wig Elegance stylist to contact you.

Can I dye, perm or blow dry my wig?

Our wigs can be treated in much the same way as your own hair. They can therefore be permed, coloured or heat treated. However, great care should be taken in treating your wig to reduce the likelihood of damage.

What are Knots?

Lace Wig Elegance produces wigs that are 100% hand tied and knotted. The hair is knotted into the lace securely with each strand of hair tightly hand tied with either a single knot or a double knot. The knots are bleached to give the appearance that hair is actually growing from the scalp.

What is Baby hair?

We use baby hair knotted into the lace on the periphery of the wig to make it look far more natural and undetectable. This is especially effective when you lift your hair in a high ponytail or swept back style. You can also part your hair anywhere and the join of wig and head will not be easily visible.

Will adhesives affect my hairline?

When applied properly, the adhesive should not be placed on the hair so this should reduce the risk of any damage. You can also wear a wig cap under the wig to avoid any adhesive touching the hairline.

Adhesives will break down over time and we recommend that adhesives are removed and reapplied on a regular basis. When removing your wig, please allow sufficient time to undertake this process, allowing the lace release to separate the wig from your hairline. Do not be tempted to remove it in a hurry as this will damage both the wig and your hairline!

How long can I wear the wig before I have to remove it?

This depends on many factors; skin type, adhesive strength, climate, etc. Some customers are able to wear their wigs for 1-4 weeks at a time. However, due to easy application and removal, most customers are finding it preferable to remove their wigs on a weekly basis to care for their own hair, cleanse the lace and reapply. Although it is possible, daily removal of your wig is not recommended, as this will place additional stress on the lace and shorten the lifespan of your wig.
